The varsity volleyball team hosted their annual tournament on Saturday, Sept. 22nd. They faced Buhler, Eisenhower, McPherson, Nickerson, Salina South, and Wichita-Heights, defeating all of them.

“I think there was times we struggled, but when Maggie [Remsberg] got hurt we really came together when it was necessary.” Sophomore Asha Regier said.

After placing 4th at the Maize tournament they went into their week of practice with lots to work on.

“We worked on our serve receive, and defense and keeping up our intensity all the time.” Regier said.

They go to Derby on October 6th to play in their last regular tournament of the season.
