This time of year can be stressful for a lot of people. Finals, graduation, Prom, the list goes on. With COVID-19 as the cherry on top, it is important to check in with your loved ones and yourself in order to prioritize mental health. Think about what you need, and how you can provide for those around you. Taking a step back and pinpointing what stresses you out is the first step you can take to start feeling better.
