Students of all classes got together on Sept 26 to prepare for the homecoming parade later in the week. They spent around four hours building floats for the sport or grade they represented. Some float themes were cheer, dance, and cross country. Work was done both inside of the 4-H building. All crafts done with spray paint were taken outside, while any with marker, glitter, etc. were done in the building. “Float building was a great time. We really got a lot of stuff done and it made the parade much better. The floats were impressive and the amount of balloons you can fit on a trailer was also impressive,” said freshman Joel Franz. The parade was held September 28, homecoming day.
