The volleyball team played Salina South and Haysville-Campus in a triangular on Sept. 11 at Ravenscroft Gym. Winning both matches in two sets against Salina South 25-12, 25-20 and against Haysville-Campus 25-17, 25-14.

“Going into the season we were unranked and played with nothing to lose,” sophomore Marah Zenner said. “We surprised everyone with winning the pre-season tournament, even ourselves”

After winning both matches the volleyball team started the season with a 10-0 record and ranked number two in 5A.

“I think dibbs is going to push us now that she knows what we can do.” Zenner said.

The volleyball team host their home tournament at 8:30, Sept. 22 in Ravenscroft gym.
