The first step, Adam Williams biology class did a gel electrophoresis procedure. They first made a mold out of Agorse. They then put the comb in to create the holes to put the samples in.

Ending with a bang, after a while the samples start leaking. After this they just threw it away and it was over.

Put in place, the biology students placed the samples and put the orange cover on. In the blue light things instantly start looking different.

In the blues, before adding the samples into the mold they need to set it in a container with blue light. After this step they insert the samples and put an orange cover on.

Keeping steady, sophomore Gabrielle Mathews pours 15mL of Agorse into small beaker. She would then use this for her mold.
