Making Sugar Skulls for Dia de los Muertos
Junior Mabry McCleary finishes her sugar skull in Spanish III on Nov. 2. Dia de los Muertos is a holiday celebrated throughout Mexico and in other areas with large Hispanic populations, meant to honor those who have died.
On Nov. 2 in Ms. Ochoa’s Spanish III class, students decorated sugar skulls and celebrated Dia de los Muertos.
