Winter Band Concert – Dec. 12
On Dec. 12, the NHS band department put on their winter concert in Ravenscroft Gym, inviting family and community members to watch and listen to the various pieces band students had been working on this school year. The concert was split into three groups, with the Concert Band performing first, playing a piece titled “Triple Treat”. Next came the Wind Ensemble, performing “Greensleeves” and “Clash”. Last, all members of the band came together as the Symphonic Band, finishing the concert with another three pieces, “Declaration Overture”, “Angels We Have Heard On High”, and “Christmas Parade Sequence”.
