Starting to crack an egg into the bowl junior Piper Seidl.

German class made Kaiserschmarrn on Dec. 1, which is like American pancakes but more sweet, and fluffy. The steps up to making this dish are separate four eggs and then beat the egg whites until stiff then set that aside. Next beat the egg yolks then mix in 60 grams of sugar, a pinch of salt and the vanilla sugar until its creamy. Gradually stir in 125 grams of flour and 300 milliliters of milk then 75 milliliters of mineral water, after that you have to fold in the egg whites. Next you heat up the pan to 250 and melt 40 grams of butter in the pan, poor the dough in the pan. Bake until golden brown then use a spatula to divide it into quarters. Lastly flip all of the pieces until they are golden brown then tear the pancake into bite sized pieces. It is ready to be served you can add any topics as you would like.
