Sophomore Rebekah Nelson and junior Zoe Siemens browse the menu before ordering their meals at the Lotus Leaf Cafe. The two had visited the cafe before and were glad to return with the club. “I tried the vegan burger. I always go for the veggie option but it’s not very often that there’s a vegan option and it was very nice.” Nelson said.
