Ingredients:
Red velvet cake mix
Three eggs
One cup water
One-third cup vegetable oil
One piece of chocolate candy per cupcake
Strawberry frosting
Optional: fresh strawberry slices, red sprinkles

Instructions:
Mix together cake mix, eggs, water and oil. Pour mixture into cupcake pan.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
While cupcakes are still warm, use a spoon to remove a piece of the cupcake from the top large enough to fit a piece of chocolate. The chocolate should slightly melt into the warm cupcake.
Cover chocolate and top of cupcake with strawberry frosting. For decoration, feel free to add festive sprinkles or fresh fruit.
