On Friday, Nov 8, many students went to their designated first club to hang out with friends or participate in various events put on by their club. Many students, like senior Annika Senn, joined their club based on previous interest. 

“Over the summer I started making friendship bracelets and I found a lot of patterns online. And I made a lot of more complex bracelets for people and so I decided to join the club,” Senn said. 

This year many new clubs were introduced, one of them being Ping Pong Club. Juniors Ezekiel Thopmson, Jonah Schloneger and Miguel Molina Chavez started the club, due to their love for the sport. 

“It wasn’t very hard to create the club, because there was a bunch of people that wanted to do it,” Thopmson said. “I like playing a bunch of different people, like people that you would never talk to.”
