In the previous issue of The Newtonian, the titles for the chart detailing information for two area driving programs were switched. In addition, the Driver’s Education Program is open to high school students and adults.

In the story about freshman Lexie Hamilton, Andrea Regier was misquoted regarding the number of visually impaired students who have attended school in Harvey County. The number is over 60, not three. Only three students have been white cane users.
Also, the quote ‘I think a lot of times, especially right there, she’s a freshman, so coming up (to her classroom), she uses the hallway by the bathrooms a lot more because that’s easier for her to get through than going through the crowd’ was incorrectly attributed. It was said by Amy Branson, certified braille transcriber.

The Newtonian regrets these errors.
