Watching the ball, sophomore Juan porras gets ready to kick the ball

On October 16, the JV soccer team played  the Salina Central Mustangs at Fisher Field.

The team ended the game with a tied score of 0-0.

“We definitely should of won by a long run,” Freshman Jamie Gonzalez said.

The game was shortened due to the mustangs not having enough players to use for both varsity and JV. Instead of two 30 minutes halves, they changed it into two 20 minute halves.

“I mean I understand what the other team is going through, but we still should of had that game,” Gonzalez said.

The soccer team will play their last regular season game on October 18 against the Maize South Mavericks at Fisher Field.
