JV Football

Senior Tim Kirner gets ready to kick the football.

The JV football team played at Haysville against Campus on Sept. 10. They lost 34-0.

While the team still looks for their first win, players are still looking at the positives.

“I think on defense,as a whole, we did pretty good,” Gaige Llamas said.

The Railers have been struggling to maintain their full roster as multiple players could not play due to injuries.

“Well if we could have had our number one quarterback Ben Schmidt in the game, I think that would have helped the team do a lot better,” Llamas said.

The JV team is expected to have almost everyone back for their fourth game against Mazie High on Sept. 24
