Ag Academy Food Safety
On April 23 the Ag Academy students had a barbeque for lunch. Students brought sides and other snacks.
The students learned food safety while grilling hamburgers, hotdogs and chicken wings.
“I learned about the safety of grilling, it was actually a lot of fun because we got to eat homemade food.” sophomore Shelby Spreier said.
They went to a dairy farm after to learn about the dairy production.
“It was so interesting to learn about how our milk that we drink is made.” Spreier said.
